I have always been surrounded by creativity. Growing up in a household where design was second nature—my father working on residential and commercial construction projects across the world, and my mother a fashion designer, skilled seamstress and upholsterer. I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and artistry, my mum would constantly transform our home with bespoke soft furnishings and custom pieces, instilling in me the joy of creating beautiful, functional spaces. From an early age, I confidently declared, "I am going to be an interior designer," and that passion has guided me ever since.

I pursued a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, refining my skills in spatial planning, materiality, and the balance between function and aesthetics. My journey has taken me across London, Tanzania, and the Middle East, shaping my design perspective through rich cultural influences. With experience shadowing contractors internationally, working within London's renowned Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, and supporting interior businesses with their marketing and industry reach, I have built a foundation that blends technical expertise with creative vision.

Today, Dhow & Palm is a reflection of this journey, offering a tailored, client-focused approach that executes ideas through timeless, functional, and beautifully crafted spaces.
